2025 Mudsock Youth Esports Information Packet and Program Overview

Join Mudsock Youth Esports in our inaugural winter 2025 season! We are currently offering opportunities for players in grades 2-9 and assistant coaching opportunities for students in grades 9-12. Players and assistant coaches must reside in the Hamilton Southeastern School District. All esports players must be registered through the Mudsock Youth Athletics Office.

We're proud to partner with Yes! Gaming located at 11447 Overlook Dr, Fishers, IN 46037 to be the home of the 2025 Mudsock Youth Esports season.

At the heart of it all, it’s about youth esports. YES! Gaming was started on the foundation that every kid should get a chance to play sports and be a part of a team. We offer an exciting opportunity for kids to develop their skills in esports, compete on professional-grade gaming equipment, and prepare for future opportunities in the growing Esports industry. With a focus on teamwork, training, and competition, YES! Gaming provides a safe and inclusive environment where young gamers can enjoy the thrill of competing, build lifelong friendships, and potentially earn college scholarships through esports programs. Whether aiming for local teams or national tournaments, YES! Gaming ensures that every child has the tools and support to succeed in their gaming journey.

MISSION
It is the mission of the Mudsock Youth Esports league to serve the Hamilton Southeastern community through the following:

Develop mental agility, problem-solving, resilience and gaming skills through spirited competition in a supportive environment.
Instill values of good sportsmanship and fair play, promoting grace in victory and resilience in defeat.
Teach responsible digital citizenship and online etiquette, providing a safe and trusted space for young gamers to learn and grow.
Foster a sense of community and belonging, nurturing connections among team members and creating a supportive environment for personal growth and development.

Registration

Open registration for the winter 2025 season will be held during the month of October 2024. Registration will be accepted online at myathletics.com. Fees will be as follows:

$175 for 10U players in grades 2-3. (Includes t-shirt and ALL equipment)
Titles - Mario Kart and Splatoon

$175 for 12U players in grades 4-6. (Includes t-shirt and ALL equipment)
Titles - Mario Kart and Splatoon

$175 for 14U players in grades 7-9. (Includes t-shirt and ALL equipment)
Titles - Rocket League and Fortnite

High school assistant coaches may participate for free in exchange for official accredited volunteer hours.

It is the intention of our league to offer a quality esports gaming experience for all players. Please keep in mind that registration prices may vary in future seasons in response to player and equipment needs. There is not currently a multiplayer discount available for families. Registration will be capped this season at 240 players this season, with 80 players per age bracket division.
