We want everyone to play. Mudsock Youth Athletics offers full and partial program scholarships to children who qualify for free or reduced lunch within the Hamilton Southeastern School District. Families must apply and be accepted during our early bird registration period.
Spring Sports - January 1 through January 31
Fall Sports - May 1 through May 31
Winter Sports - August 1 through August 31
- Provide to the Mudsock Youth Athletics office a current school year free/reduced lunch verification form. You can email the form to our office at info@myathletics.com. If you do not have a current school year free/reduced lunch verification form, you may contact HSE Food Services (317-594-4100) and request that they provide a form to our office.
- Register online at myathletics.com. Please complete all of the information up until the payment page.
- Once you have provided our office with a current school year free/reduced lunch form and have registered your child, you will need to call our office (317-845-5582) and let us know that you have completed the above steps. At that point we will apply the scholarship to your account.
- If you received a full scholarship, no additional money will be due. The only exception will be if there is a volunteer deposit due as part of your registration. Mudsock Youth Athletics doesn’t scholarship volunteer deposits.
- If you received a partial scholarship, you will need to pay the balance by the last day of early bird registration, which is January 31st (spring sports) May 31st (fall sports) or August 31st (winter sports). You can do so by logging into your online account and paying by credit card.
